HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 5-7 business days of the delivery of your Return at our brick + mortar based on the volume of returns. Please note this increase of processing time is due to the addition of FREE RETURNS and as a result elevated levels of daily returns. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
We only offer store credit for returns. Items purchased from JaydenP.com are eligible for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order, all sales after 14 days are final.

We get over 10 new styles a week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!
We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.

Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Accessories, Intimates + Bodysuits.
If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE and STYLE STEAL items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
Store Credit does not expire.
Free Return Labels are not applicable for In Store Purchases or Phone Orders.
We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.

We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to five to seven business days for a refund. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded or included in refund of original order.
All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued via email within 24 hours. Items returned without a RA number will not be accepted. Please locate your order number on either your order confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization.

DELIVERY OF STORE CREDIT
If shipping your return, you will receive an e-gift card via email within three business days of the delivery to our store, once it has been processed. Shipping fees will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total.
If you need a different size in your item, please note the size you want on your invoice and send it back to 2946 State Street, Carlsbad, CA 92008. If we have the item in stock, we will ship it to you. If we don't have your requested size, we will send you an e-gift card with store credit.
