OUR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY IS EFFECTIVE STARTING DECEMBER 15th, 2021

We have an extended Return Policy In-store and Online. You have up to two weeks after Christmas Day, which is January 8, 2023, to return an Online or In-store Purchase. Accessories, Sunglasses. Handbags, Jewelry, Home Decor and Final Sale items are FINAL SALE regardless of our Holiday Return Policy. Full priced items may be returned for Store Credit Only. We do not offer Refunds to Method of Payment!

  • Items purchased prior to November 25th, 2022 are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy. 
  • Items without an Invoice or Gift Receipt are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
  • FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE and STYLE STEAL items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Makeup, Handbags + Belts.
  • Fashion Face Coverings are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns Or Exchanges!
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed.

RETURN POLICY

We only offer store credit for returns. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order, all sales after 14 days are final.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card upon return/exchange. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit never expires.
