  • Orders are shipped via USPS Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
  • All packages are delivered to your door, no signature required
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us at customercare@jaydenp.com within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • Order processing takes 1-3 business days and you will receive tracking updates within 2-3 days of shipping

DOMESTIC:

  • Hat Shipping $35 Shipping Fee
  • 2nd Day – $35.00 
  • Overnight – $50.00
  • For overnight, to ship the next business day, your order MUST be placed by 12:00pm PST
  • For 2 Day Delivery orders must be placed by 12:00pm PST

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Outside of USA - $30 Plus Taxes and Duties
  • Hat Shipping - $50 Plus Taxes and Duties
  • Package will arrive within 7-10 business days

Taxes & Duties for International Orders: 
Taxes and duties will likely be charged on your order. We are not in control of country-specific tariffs and duties that may be imposed by your respective government. If taxes and duties are placed by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible Returns:

✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
✔ Shoes must be in the original box with all packaging.
✔ Store credit is issued as an E-Gift Card once the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Store credit cannot be used until the return is processed.
  • If an ineligible item is sent back, it will be returned to you.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact customercare@jaydenp.com for assistance.

Returns Process:

  1. Submit your return request via our Return Center.
