Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned — we're always looking at ways to expand!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
What items are final sale?
Final sale items, jewelry, and accessories are non-returnable. Please check the product page for final sale markings before purchasing.

Yes! Local pickup is available in Carlsbad. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

What brands do you carry?
We carry a curated selection of women's clothing and accessories from top brands including Free People, DAZE DENIM, Boem Collection, TELETIES, Matisse, Lack of Color, Quay Australia, KITSCH, LUV AJ, PIXIE MOOD, and P.F. Candle Co.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes sizing details and measurements where available. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed boho fit — or DM us on Instagram and we're happy to help!
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do restock some popular styles, but boutique inventory moves fast. Follow us on Instagram @jaydenpboutique for restock announcements and new arrivals.
