RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible Returns:

✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
✔ Shoes must be in the original box with all packaging.
✔ Store credit is issued as an E-Gift Card once the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items:

🚫 Final Sale Items (including Flash Sale & Style Steals)
🚫 Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Makeup, Handbags, Belts)
🚫 Intimates & Bodysuits
🚫 Fashion Face Coverings
🚫 Gift Cards

Important Notes:

  • Store credit cannot be used until the return is processed.
  • If an ineligible item is sent back, it will be returned to you.
  • We do not cover return shipping for International, Puerto Rico, APO, or PO Box addresses.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact customercare@jaydenp.com for assistance.

Returns Process:

  1. Submit your return request via our Return Center.
  2. Ship the item back to:

  3. Once received & approved, you’ll get an E-Gift Card via email.

Store credit does not expire.
