Processing & tracking
Standard order processing takes 4–5 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Overnight orders follow the dispatch schedule below.
You will receive tracking updates within 2–3 days of shipping.
Expedited orders
For overnight service to ship the next business day, your order must be placed by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders for 2nd Day delivery must also be placed by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Delivery locations & signatures
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping to Canada and other international destinations is not available. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Packages are delivered to your door without a required signature.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
