• For overnight, to ship the next business day, your order MUST be placed by 12:00pm PST
• For 2 Day Delivery orders must be placed by 12:00pm PST

OUR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY IS EFFECTIVE STARTING NOVEMBER 26, 2025.

We have an extended Return Policy In-store and Online. You have up to two weeks after Christmas Day, which is January 9 ,2026, to return an Online or In-store Purchase. 

Lack of Color Hats, Gigi Hats, Trucker Hats, Accessories, Face Masks, Handbags, Jewelry, Sunglasses. Home Decor and Final Sale items are FINAL SALE regardless of our Holiday Return Policy.

Full priced items may be returned for Store Credit Only. We do not offer Refunds to Method of Payment!

• Items purchased prior to November 26, 2025 are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy. 
• Items without an Invoice or Gift Receipt are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
• Lack of Color Hats, Gigi Pip Hats, Accessories, Face Masks, Handbags, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Makeup, Home Decor, Style Steals and Final Sale items are FINAL SALE.
• Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed.
• Please note, we do not offer Free Return Labels for Gifts, as the RMA must be generated by the Purchaser.

Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible Returns:

✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
✔ Shoes must be in the original box with all packaging.
✔ Store credit is issued as an E-Gift Card once the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items:

Important Notes:

• Store credit cannot be used until the return is processed.
• If an ineligible item is sent back, it will be returned to you.
• We do not cover return shipping for International, Puerto Rico, APO, or PO Box addresses.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact customercare@jaydenp.com for assistance.

Terms and Conditions: Get a Gift Promotional Offer

Eligibility: This offer is valid for a limited time only, beginning Wednesday, October 8th and ending Thursday, October 16th at 12am. To be eligible, a customer must make a single, qualifying purchase of $150.00 or more (before tax and shipping) in one transaction on our website at www.jaydenp.com or at our retail locations.

The Offer: For every qualifying purchase of $150.00 or more, the customer will receive a single-use $100.00 promotional credit (the "Credit"). This Credit will be issued in the form of a unique digital coupon code via email to the address used for the qualifying purchase.

Credit Issuance: The Credit will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of their qualifying purchase being shipped or fulfilled. If a qualifying purchase is canceled or returned, the Credit will be voided.

Redemption of the Credit: The Credit may be redeemed on a future purchase with the following conditions:

• Minimum Purchase Required: The Credit is redeemable only on a single, future purchase of $150.00 or more (before tax and shipping).

• Expiration Date: The Credit is valid for a limited time and must be used by 10/16-10/31/25. Any unused portion of the Credit will be forfeited after this date.

• Single-Use Only: The Credit is for one-time use and cannot be split across multiple transactions. Any remaining balance on the Credit after a purchase will be forfeited.

• Non-Transferable: The Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. It cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

• Exclusions: The Credit is not valid on the following:

• Previously purchased merchandise

• Gift cards or e-gift cards

• Clearance, final sale, or closeout items

• Shipping fees or taxes

Returns and Exchanges:

• If a product purchased with the Credit is returned, the Credit amount applied to that product will be forfeited. The refund will be for the amount paid by the customer, less the promotional value of the Credit.

• Returns or exchanges of the original qualifying purchase will void the Credit. If the Credit has already been used, the value of the Credit will be deducted from the refund amount.

General Conditions:

• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
